Polson High School project consists of (3) phases: roof membrane replacement, exterior and interior architectural enhancements, and major mechanical system upgrade. As a design/build project type, JEA worked with a local general contractor to establish the project scope, budget, and schedule to meet the school district?s requirements. Each phase was designed and implemented separately to take advantage of the high school?s schedule and priorities. Now completed, the community will enjoy a revitalized high school that has a better performing exterior envelope, a refreshed exterior, higher performing mechanical system, and an enlivened front entry interior.
