This 16,300 SF residence hall includes 11 living unit suites housing four students each and 2 residence advisor suites for a total of 46 living units in addition to laundry facilities and a 920 SF reception/lounge area. Jackola provided all architectural and engineering design services for this grant funded project. The 4-person living unit suites feature shared living, bath and kitchen facilities, while the RA units feature private bath, living and kitchen facilities. Full time mechanical ventilation was provided through the use of energy recovery ventilators. In addition to the building design, Jackola completed all surveying and civil design services, coordinated vehicle and pedestrian access, and planned for a future expansion to the west with additional parking and another building master planned to double the living units. In addition to site planning, utility designs including water and sewer main extensions from the Pablo infrastructure, site grading and stormwater designs were completed.
