Surveying

Jackola has broad land surveying experience in support of building and development projects. These include site preconstruction surveys that identify property boundaries, site features, topography, utilities, easements and encumbrances, and other items that will affect site design. Once the site is designed, our surveyors can seamlessly provide construction staking of the improvements so that site improvements are placed and graded properly.

Our surveying team can also provide American Land Title Association (ALTA) ACSM surveys for properties as necessary for title transfer and conveyance. Property retracements, zoning, annexation, and subdivision of land services are additional areas of expertise our surveying team can provide. Specialty surveys of interior structural systems for building additions and forensics, FEMA Flood Plain determinations, map amendments, and elevation certificates are some unique services our team can provide.

With multiple integrated offices, we can provide surveying as a stand-alone service and offer efficiencies by integrating these services with civil design, architecture and other building systems.  Our Revit and Civil 3D modeling systems provide seamless transitions from raw ground to building occupancy.
