This 28,800 SF residential remodel project focused on upgrading the four building exteriors, interiors of the dwelling units, remodeling one unit into an afterschool program space, and adding site amenities such as gazebo, basketball hoop, and community gardens. The 31 dwelling units consist of one, two and three bedroom facilities.  Interior improvements included common areas, new cabinetry, flooring, appliances, and plumbing fixtures. Exterior work included replacing siding, windows, doors, soffits, asphalt, trash enclosures and playground.
