The Mercantile Village is a mixed-use redevelopment, built with the goal of providing retail opportunities as well as housing near the metro Portland area. Jackola provided plumbing design for the structure, which consists of two stand-alone retail buildings and one apartment complex with apartment, retail and parking.  The apartment building includes 5 stories, 206 apartments, multi-level parking and amenity spaces.
