Grant Park Village Phase II is a new 5 story 167 unit apartment building over 1 level of parking located in downtown Portland, Oregon.  The building consists of living units, outdoor courtyard, amenity spaces and a small fitness center.  Jackola provided plumbing design documents for a local contractor.  During design Jackola coordinated plumbing equipment and pipe space requirements with architectural and structural elements through 3-D design model exchanges with the architect.
