Springwater Flats is a 4 story, 76 unit apartment building built over 1 level of parking, located in Portland, Oregon. The building includes 1 and 2 bedroom dwelling units with kitchen, bath and clothes washer in each unit. Jackola teamed with a local plumbing contractor to provide plumbing design services for a design/build deliverable. Design included centralized domestic hot and cold water, natural gas piping, waste/vent and rain drainage.
