Located in the historic Nob Hill/Northwest district this hostel is a historic 5 story, 25 unit dormitory building with a basement.  The building includes a common laundry, cafe, and dining area, as well as dorm rooms with common bathrooms for each floor.  Jackola teamed with a local plumbing contractor to provide plumbing and heating water design services for a design/build deliverable.  Plumbing design included a centralized hot water, natural gas, cold water, waste/vent and storm water.  Heating water design included boiler, pump and baseboard radiant heater selections as well as piping layout, coil connection details and heating controls coordination.
