Jackola performed conceptual master planning, surveying and subdivision, as well as complete site design for this commercial development in Alexander, North Dakota, which included water, on-site fire suppression, sewer, grading and storm water, and utility design. A commercial automatic truck wash is located on one lot, and a Truck Stop, Restaurant and convenience store with both commercial truck and passenger vehicle fueling located on another lot. Jackola also assisted with interior and exterior design of the pre-packaged truck stop design. A large on-site wastewater treatment system was included in the design for the retail store, truck showers and restaurant waste.
