Jackola has provided full design for many Mackenzie River Pizza Company locations in Washington, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, and Indiana.  We understand the needs for kitchen equipment such as hoods, ovens, cook lines, dishwashing, coolers, and prep areas to name a few.  Concept like grease ducts, grease interceptors, high temperature waste, venting and exhaust are understood by our designers.  On the dining side, we have worked to balance the building static pressure to keep the kitchen areas slightly negative to detain smells from leaving the cooking area and supplying ventilation air to offset the large amounts of exhaust and keep the dining experience fresh.  Lighting controls with differing scenes in the dining area were used, while the kitchens were brightly lit.  Environmental and social responsibility are core values of MacKenzie River, we can appreciate their dedication to quality and the benefits they have provided to the communities they serve.
