Jackola completed this 74 unit Best Western Inn and Suites project in Shelby, MT in 2012. The 44,884 SF facility is a wood framed, multi-level structure of residential occupancy featuring a central food preparation area, dining, and amenities areas such as pool, spa, and fitness centers. Jackola performed surveying, architectural, civil engineering, and structural engineering services on this project. The MEP systems were design/build by the owner at their request. Jackola performed surveying and master planning services for this development as well, laying out a highway commercial lot, including a rear RV park adjacent to this property. Civil design included a complete new access road with utility extensions.
